Prangin Roard has been renamed Jalan Dr.Lim Chwee Leong after the fartherof the former Chief Minister of Penang, Dr. Lim Chong Eu. Chwee Leong was a historic personality in his own right. the distinguished medical practitioner and pediatrician was also President of Hu Yew Sear, the Straits Chinese British Assocoiation and the Chinese recreation Club. He resided at Su-Beng Hall on Macalister Road.
